Sorry, this place was disappointing. For one, customer service wasn’t that great. Second, I didn’t love having to sit there holding this clunky credit card machine after paying while the barista made my drink. Literally for a few minutes having to hold this thing. Not sanitary at all.Third, I got the most pathetic avocado toast I’ve ever had. I get that I ordered the “simple toast”. But cold smashed avocado on a thin piece of store bought sourdough bread was not worth the price I paid for it.Wanted to like this place but there’s much better options in town.

This coffee shop is one of the cutest in spokane! It's in a great location too, right off the palouse highway! They have amazing acai bowls, they taste fresh and have lots of options for toppings. Their Bagel sandwiches are also great! And they have lotus and redbull! Plus great coffee!

Awful customer service, inexperienced baristas. Lied and told me a coffee was an 20oz and was a 16oz. No accountability, just a bad experience. Was excited to try this place, but will not be going back.

Love this place!!! The Garden is my all time favorite place! So excited that Bloom is open! The only place I can find truly fresh creative and yummy food for a great price.

Great coffee but a confusing menu. Thought I was ordering a fancy coffee drink but ended up with a protein shake. It was good.
